Important Information

PRIVACY DURING THE PARTY

  • As always, we will be filming the party for the future viewing pleasure of your hosts. It’s practically the only time we really get to SEE the party! Also, keep in mind, in this age of digital cameras and the Internet, we can not guarantee that another guest won't be capturing your essence in bits and bytes and displaying your image somewhere on the internet – almost the very next day. If you have a particular need or desire for privacy, make sure the costume you choose affords you the level you desire. Even though this is a “By Invitation Only” event, it is being held in a Public Facility.

DIVERSITY & TOLERANCE

  • Your hosts work hard all year planning this event exclusively for YOU! We sincerely hope you will enjoy the party. If you have any music, amenity, or atmosphere requests please feel free to let us know Contact Us. We always want to make the event better. However, please remember this inclusionary stance means you might see something at the party that doesn't turn you on. If that’s the case, we can guarantee you two things: #1 Someone standing near you is probably very excited by it, and #2 If you turn your head or move to another area of the party, there WILL be something else that you will enjoy seeing!

THE RULES OF ATTENDANCE

  • Please bring and present your OWN admission ticket. If you received your own invitation, bring your OWN ticket. Each ticket Admits ONE - IN COSTUME. There is a nominal per/person door charge to help defray expenses. If you need additional tickets to accommodate an out of town guest, third partner or other reason, please contact your host and arrange for one in advance Contact Us.

  • The party starts at 8:00 PM and the longest lines at the check-in are usually around 9:00-10:00. We're expecting record attendance again this year. Arriving early will help you avoid any unnecessary waiting. There will be a lot going on, getting there early will insure you don't miss a thing.

  • The All Hallows Masquerade Ball is an alcohol-serving event. All attendees must be be 21 or over to enter. Please bring proper ID and drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Bring a designated driver or get a room. There are several quality hotels in and around the downtown area. We encourage you to contact one of them and arrange for a room in advance. The cost of a hotel room along with a cab ride to and from the party is more convenient and a lot less expensive than a DUI. We'd rather you spend a comfortable night in a paid hotel room, as opposed to an evening at the "Orient Road Hotel"; compliments of the Sheriffs Department. (Book a room soon as many are filling up for Quavaween which is the same night as our party).

  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the facility by Florida State Law. However, there will be an outdoor smoking area available and accessible from within the party (tobacco only please).

  • BYOB is strictly prohibited! Please do not bring any alcohol in your car or on your person.

  • Re-entry to the party is strongly discouraged. We'll do the best we can to accommodate the need for an unexpected re-entry. However, we had over 2000 in attendance last year and we expect that number to increase this year. We just don't have time to check guests in and out, and back in again. There is an ATM machine inside the party, an outdoor smoking area accessible from within the party, several fully stocked bars and plenty of bathrooms. Whatever else you need for the evening, please bring it in with you. Whatever you don't need, leave it behind.

  • And finally, rudeness or other improper behavior is a big no-no. Please remember this is a Party and you are an invited guest. Let us be the best Hosts we can be!
